I received a letter from this company for a refinance. This company trolls the public records for your mortgage information and makes you believe that this offer is worthwhile. Read the fine print on the back of the letter to read the TERMS before you bother calling them.

Corey is a great guy, very helpful, very informative. Lot of patience in helping my elderly mother and I deal with our mortgage refinance. Rate was exactly as it should have been, and his communication skills are excellent.

Me and my wife started the process of buying a home through a local bank, after running into multiple issues. My wife decided to call up Sean to get a second opinion. I cannot brag enough on Sean and how knowledgeable he was. He was so easy to work with. Poor customer service and fake marketing commitment. When we are calling they are saying without zero closing cost they can’t do the refinance. But the letter received from the lender clearly says 5.625%with zero closing cost
